Symptoms
Problem Statement:
Costing of Payments not using ICX: Numeric Characters correctly.
When nls_numeric_characters is ",." at database level and the the profile "ICX: Numeric Characters" is set to 10.000,00, "Costing" results are correct with decimals. However, the "Costing of Payments" results are all rounded to ",00" decimals.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Run Costing of Payments.
- The results are all rounded to ",00" decimals.
