Symptoms
The process of Booking/Tendering works fine, however all shipments regardless of what type of Tendering is completed, be it Spot Bid etc, the UI within the Booking Tendering screen shows only the base Cost, when editing.
All other screens for Tendering shows the Total cost its only the View/Edit Tendering screen shows the base cost only.
