Bulk Plan Comparison Tabs Return a Blank Screen When Comparing More Than 1 Shipment

Symptoms
The compare bulk plans TAB returns a blank screen when the number of shipments built is greater than or equal to one.
EXAMPLE:
1. Navigate to Operational planning-> Planning Results -> Shipment Planning
2. Check a box to select an order where the "Number of Shipments Built " is greater than 0
3. Use the Actions button and click the link -> Operational Planning -> Utilities -> Compare Results
4. The Pop Up results display the Bulk Plan Comparison window however the screen is blank in place of the Metrics and Performance tabs
