Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When sending an inbound ShipmentStatus xml message to OTM, the LEGACY SHIPMENT TRACKING agent that is triggered by this integration fails with the following exception

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the agent run successfully with no errors.

STEPS
-----------------------

1.  Send an inbound XML to OTM containing the ShipmentStatus element.

2.  Ensure that the LEGACY SHIPMENT TRACKING agent is active and can be triggered by integration.

3.  The agent will be triggered but fail with the null pointer exception.
