After changing the WLS Admin password using the below command:

perl $FND_TOP/patch/115/bin/txkUpdateEBSDomain.pl -action=updateAdminPassword

Starting application services using adstrtal.sh script is failing with incorrect WLS Admin password.

The script got completed successfully with out errors.

But when trying to login via WLS admin console with the new password it fails stating incorrect username/password.

The same behavior is seen when starting middle tier services on application node with the new password.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Shutdown the Application Services
2. Start the admin server on primary node
3. Run the command
perl $FND_TOP/patch/115/bin/txkUpdateEBSDomain.pl -action=updateAdminPassword
4. Check whether the command completes successfully and admin server is started.
5. Access WLS admin console and try using the new password for Weblogic user.
