Symptoms

 

Problem Statement:

When attempting to view the output or log files of the completed process in the payroll dashboard readiness check details, the following error occurs on the 2nd time. First time the output and log are displayed properly.

Authentication failed.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as Payroll Professional responsibility.
  2.  Go to (N) Payroll Dashboard > Payroll Dashboard
  3.  Enter payroll name in the Payroll Readiness Details and click Go.
  4.  Click on Check Readiness icon.
  5.  Click on View Output link of the completed process.
  6.  Close the popup window.
  7.  Click on View output link again.
  8.  Error occurs.
