Performance Issue on Patch:9820509 (Doc ID 2179115.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

There are huge amount of null run results causing severe performance issue on Payroll. In order to fix the data, patch:9820509 needs to be applied but the script "py2413624.sql" included in the patch to fix the data is also causing severe performance issue.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Apply patch:9820509
  2.  Experience the performance issue.
