Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF Produces Text File Not PDF (Doc ID 2179555.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

"Retro Notifications Report (Enhanced) PDF" is not creating xml output, instead it is creating text output. PDF is not printing the assignments/elements information.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.   Run "Retro Notifications Report (Enhanced) PDF".
  2.  Child processes are spawned.
     Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced)
     Retro Notifications Report (Internal) (Multiple Language)
     EN-US: (Retro Notifications Report (Internal))
  3. Request for "EN-US: (Retro Notifications Report (Internal))" creates a text output.
  4. Request for "Retro Notifications Report (Enhanced) PDF" create a PDF output but data is not present.



Changes

 Upgrade from R11i to R12.2.
