Symptoms
When attempting to change end date of the absence in the "Absence Detail(PERWSEAD.fmb)" form the following error occurs.
FRM-40735: KEY-DELREC trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01001
APP-PAY-06153: System Error: Procedure hr_entry_api.delete_element_entry at Step 1
Cause: The procedure hr_entry_api.delete_element_entry has created an error at Step 1
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create the absence from 1-JAN-2015 to 3-JAN-2015 in the "Absence Detail" form.
- Responsibility: Norway HRMS Manager
- (N) People > Enter and Maintain > (B) Others > Absence -try to end-date
