Symptoms
In 12.1.3, Resource Start date or end date is invalid while creating territories through web ADI
Receiving below error while creating territories through web ADI.
Error: "Resource Start date is invalid. Please enter a date that exists within the territory effective date range."
Steps followed are:
1) Go to Territory Management > Territories > Find Sales territories of an OU
2) Go to a leaf territory and export just that node
3) Enter new records in exported excel sheet,enter territory,matching attribute and resource details (please note to enter new rows and input data)
4) flag new records for create operation and upload them
5) Error is occurring
Verified that resource record's start and end date are in sync with territory start and end date and resource is an active resource.
