Symptoms

hrglobal fails loading payintstu.sql with the following error. (The error is example of BH, OM, QA legislations, but it could occur on any other international payroll legislation.)

Started Execution of payintstu.sql.
Log file: /usr/tmp/iplog_160816074912.log
HRMS setup started for BH legislation
Folowing error occurred while running setup for BH legislation -20001
ORA-20001: Error in pay_ip_startup_util.create_fnd_menu_entry - ORA-20002: Seed
Data Table has not been prepared for patching
