Symptoms
After upgrading the OS from Red Hat 5 to 7 and upgrading the database from 11g to 12c, when attempting to view concurrent request output and log files, the following screen error message occurs.
"IAP-CANNOT READ FIELD (FIELDNAME=PARAMETER.CONFIG)"
