Symptoms

Problem Description

Requester Change Order workflow will not progress beyond 'Wait For Flow'

and the following activity from the workflow returns Yes :

PORPOCHA ACTIVITY ANY_PO_DOCUMENT_ERROR Yes

STEPS
-------------------
1. Create a change request
2. Approve the change request
3. Check the Workflow Process

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot progress Change Order requests
