E-Business Suite R12 Applications Technology Stack, HTTP Server for Applications Technology issues
The HTTP / Apache server tier failed to start after applying the EBS 12.1.3 RPC5 and CPU JUL 2016 Patch.
When running ADAPCCTL.SH the following error occurs:
adapcctl.sh: exiting with status 204
Checking the logs the following error occurred:
