ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Database running out of connections when using Oracle Learning Management (OLM).

When using OLM, the database runs out of connections (session count climbs drastically) and the WebLogic console shows that it's done by the oacore_server Manager Servers.

Customer is experiencing the datasource connection problem only with Oracle Learning Management (OLM).
The quickest way to reproduce the problem is to enroll / un-enroll from courses, but any action in OLM seems to cause the problem.

No significant datasource connection increases have been observed in in Production environment when business started defining the course catalogue.

The problem seems to be related to the "My Current Enrollments" section of the "My Learning Home Page" screen.
Every time the learner  navigates to this screen, and/or scroll down the "My Current Enrollment" section, the datasource connections increase quite a bit, 10 to 15 connections at a time.  It is from this section that they enroll/un-enroll and play courses.
