Internal Sales Order Receipt (CSIINTSR) Has Error: 'The source item instance XXX..does not exist' in Installed Base (Doc ID 2183265.1)

Symptoms

When doing internal sales order transfer from a item serialized control at sales order issue inventory org to an non-serialized control or serialized control at sales order issue org.  Internal sales order receipt transaction has following error in Installed Base

The source item instance &item_id, in Subinventory &subinventory, for Organization &organization_id in Oracle Install Base does not exist. Please verify that any receipt transactions were successful.

Check internal sales order shipment, the transaction is already interfaced to Installed Base.

 

Changes

Code issue in package csiintsb.pls for version lower than 120.9.12010000.11
