Symptoms

Errors when deleting tasks or creating sub-tasks

1)Error when trying to create a sub-task. Encounter this error even on newly created projects which do not have any funding or transactions.
Not using the standard allocations functionality.

CHECK IF TASK IS LOWEST IN ALLOCATIONS FOR [TASK_NUMBER]

2) Error when try to delete a task
CHECK IF PROJECT ALLOCATIONS USES TASK [TASK_NUMBER]
