Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version

Journal approval is in process and the user gets a notification saying that an Approver Cannot Be Found.

No approver was found to approve your journal batch XXXX



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to General Ledger Responsibility
2. Navigate to Journals -->Enter
3. Query for the journal and Click on Approve Button.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are receiving notifications that the Approver is not found though the Approval Setup is in place.
