Cannot Simulate Using WMS Rule Simulation Form and Issue with Pick Release (Doc ID 2184088.1)

Symptoms

Getting below error message after clicking "Simulate" button in Rules Simulation form (WMSRLSIM).


ERROR
-----------------------
"Error while calling create suggestion procedure in simulation mode.Check the trace node for the execution details. "

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to: Warehouse Management
2. Navigate to: Setup > Warehouse configuration > Rules > Warehouse Execution > Rule Simulation
3. Select the rule
4. Provide the move order
5. Click on Simulate, get error.
