Symptoms
In the dock manager the servprov user is able to drag and drop the shipment without an appointment to a location resource that is incompatible with the carrier and equipment group on the shipment.
When the user clicks on Save: The appointment is saved and is shown in Red indicating that it is infeasible.
You want to disallow carriers to be able to setup infeasible appointments.
