Symptoms

 E-Business Suite R12 Concurrent Processing, Request Processing related issues

 

 

A single concurrent request appears to be executed by two different Concurrent Managers, resulting in one Concurrent request being executed twice on different nodes.

This unintended behavior and may cause duplicate executions results for a single request.
