Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Tax Calculation
When attempting to create Purchase Order,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: NULL index table key value.
Error only happen during PO creation. Tax calculation on Payable Invoice is Okay.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Responsibility: Purchasing
2. Navigate to: Purchase Orders > Purchase Orders
3. Trying to create a PO
