When Changing the expenditure type in the "Review Allocation: Tab of Audit Screen, the GL Account doesn't change
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Internet Expenses Audit Manager --> Query the Expense Report
2. Review Allocation Tab
3. Change Expenditure Type on Line 2.
