Symptoms
When Uploading Rates using the Rate Maintenance Upload Rates , Minimum and Maximum Costs on the Rate Costs get rounded off to nearest integer.
For Example , If the Cost Details in the Uploaded Rates are as follows
Charge 19.6500 USD PER Shipment
Min Cost=21.65 USD,Max Cost=50.65 USD
Cost Details are created in the Rate Record as follows
Charge 19.6500 USD PER Shipment
Min Cost=21.0000 USD,Max Cost=50.0000 USD
