Saved Query in Restricted Party Workbench Requires Two Clicks to Run Query Successful (Doc ID 2186220.1)

Symptoms

The customer has a saved query that they are using in the Global Transportation Management (GTM) Restricted Party Workbench. When users use the saved query it requires multiple (2) clicks for the workbench to show the actual results of the saved query. The first click seems to return all Parties and not just those that require review. The second click executes the actual query and returns the expected results.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From the Restricted Party Workbench, execute saved query that should return Parties that require review by clicking on Saved Query button
2. Observe that records for all parties seem to be returned.
3. Click Query button a second time and see that the query executes correctly this time showing only those Parties that require review.
