Symptoms
Fields - Ownership Code, Owner Name and Owner type which are in the Equipment Id definition page are not shown in the planned shipment xml
When generating a template via Business Process Automation>>Integration Manager>>Generate an XML Template, only the below tag is shown:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Business Process Automation>>Integration Manager>>Generate an XML Template
2. Fields - Ownership Code, Owner Name and Owner type which are in the Equipment Id definition page are not shown
