Symptoms

When attempting to enter a labor debrief line the following error occurs.

ERROR

End date and time must be between  <date 1> and <date 2>  

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open the Debrief tab of the FSTP.
  2. Enter the Service Activity Code (SAC), Start Time (prior to today's date), End Time (prior to today's date), Item, Service Date (prior to today's date).
  3. Note the error message.
