Open Document Tab Is Missing After Switching To Another User (Doc ID 2187046.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Approvals - Req, PO

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When User switch to another user,Open Document Tab is Missing under "View document details" tab.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
User should be able to see the 'open document tab' in the notifications.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add Proxy users for another user using the steps mentioned in the <Note 1378402.1 >
2. Login as the proxy user
3. Switch the user
4. Open the PR approval Notification
5. Now open document link is not shown
