ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to add emergency contact without making any change of the existing information,
the Current Values of 'Relationship Type', 'Relationship Began On' and 'Resides With Me' are missing in the Review page,.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When attempting to add emergency contact without making any change of the existing information,
the Current Values of 'Relationship Type', 'Relationship Began On' and 'Resides With Me' should be displayed in the Review page,.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open the form "contact" and then add the contact.
2. Employee Self-Service -> Personal Information
3. "Emergency Contacts" -> click Add button
4. Open the page "Existing Contacts: Choose" and then select
5. Open the "Emergency Contact; Update"page and then click the Next
6. Open the "Personal Information: Review"page and these information are missing.
