Unable To View Tasks Created From Stand Alone Task Manager Form In Collections Task Tab

In 12.1.3, tasks created in task manager form not visible in Collections under task tab
Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigate > CRM Administrator responsibility > Tasks and Escalation Manager > Tasks > Tasks > create task# 11961 enter subject= after change other, type = <choose task type>, status= <status>, owner type =Employee Resource, owner = <Employee Resource>, source document= Task Manager and source value = 11961 and Customer name = <customer name> , Number = <customer number>
2. Navigate > Collections Agent > Collections > query Organization = <customer name from above> > go to Tasks tab task#11961 does not appear in the Grid area of task detail window
