Purpose

This document gives you a overview of how you can integrate OTM with Custom External Distance Engine or Custom External Rating Engine apart from the packaged external distance engines and external rating engines.

Scope

This is applicable to all of the releases of OTM after 6.3.

Note: This is applicable for on-premise customers only. For customers on cloud, a web service needs to be created and the web service WSDL URL can be used in OTM - External Distance/Rating Engine definition. More information can be found in the External Programming Interface Guide in note 796594.1.
