Symptoms
In Oracle Supplier Lifecycle Management, Release 12.2.5, an error occurs when attempting to access the Supplier Search page.
The same navigation works correctly in Release 12.2.4 prior to R12.2.5 upgrade.
Due to this issue, supplier administrators cannot use the supplier search functionality and other features within supplier profile administration.

Welcome to Supplier LifeCycle Management! You have not been set up correctly to access the application. Your user account is not associated with a valid Human Resources record. Valid HR record types are Employee and Contingent Worker.
Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Applications.
2. Select responsibility Supplier Profile Administrator > Supplier Search.
3. The Suppliers page appears but only displays the error information and nothing else shows on the page.
