Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Task Management , Interleaving

Actual Behavior
In Oracle Warehouse Management, you were not able to query Pick None tasks using WMS Control Board and could not see corresponding exceptions in Exceptions tab.

Expected Behavior
Expect to view Pick None Exceptions

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query Task in Warehouse Control Board
2. Press Exceptions tab and find no Exceptions
