Error: JTF_CAL_INCORRECT_INPUT_PARAMS And PLS-00323 When Calling jtf_calendar_pub API (Doc ID 2189270.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Calendar

When attempting to call the jtf_calendar_pub api from one of our packages, which is called from the main Contact Center form CSCCCCRC.

the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
error: JTF_CAL_INCORRECT_INPUT_PARAMS

and also encountering errors from worker log:

PLS-00323: subprogram or cursor 'GET_AVAILABLE_TIME' is declared in a package specification and must be defined in the package body
PLS-00323: subprogram or cursor 'GET_RESOURCE_SHIFTS' is declared in a package specification and must be defined in the package body
PLS-00323: subprogram or cursor 'GET_RESOURCE_SHIFTS' is declared in a package specification and must be defined in the package body
