Goal

How does one resolve the following error when importing existing configurator rules to a new model:

Unexpected Error on Import Configuration Rules Request: Application: FND, Message Name: FND_GENERIC_MESSAGE. Tokens: MESSAGE = oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError, msg=Java heap space;
