ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Planning Rule 11 OD Pairs and planning to an order. This creates a first and second leg shipment. The customer finds that in the First Leg Shipment, the assigned Rule 11 Route Code is not correct. The correct Rate is chosen for the Shipment and the Rail Route code on the Rate Record are associated to the correct Rule 11 Route Code so they are wondering why the one assigned is not correct. For the second leg shipment, the correct Rule 11 Route Code is assigned.
