R12: PSI Form: Column 'ITD - Rev Bgt' Shows Incorrect Amount For 1 Project (Doc ID 2189696.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

For Project Number <project number>:

PSI form shows column 'ITD - Rev Bgt' = 1033066.
However, in the Budget form, both Raw Cost and Burdended Cost shows 0.00 for the same.

-The issue is with the PSI form. The column 'ITD - Rev Bgt' should show 0.00 as well.
This only happens to 1 project

-Customer ran the following process but issue still exists:
PRC: Update Project Summary Amount
PRC: Refresh Project Summary Amount


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The column 'ITD - Rev Bgt' should show 0.00.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PSI form:
Current Period = MAY-2016
Project = <project number>
ITD - Rev Bgt = 1033066

2. In Budgets form:
Project Number = <project number>
Budget Type = Approved Cost Budget
Status = submitted

Current:
Quantity = 0.00
Raw cost = 0.00
Burdended Cost = 0.00
