New Purchase Categories Cannot be found In iProcurement Non Catalog Request (Doc ID 2190094.1)

Symptoms

The newly created Purchasing Categories are not shown in the iProcurement Non Catalog Request.
Due to this issue, users cannot create Non Catalog Request based on the new purchasing categories.


Steps To Reproduce

1. Create new Purchasing Category code and add it in Category set

2. The new Category can be seen in core requisition form

3. Go to iProcurement  -> Non Catalog Request

4. Open the Category LOV and search for the newly created Purchasing Category

5. No Result Found
