Adcfgclone.pl Script Error: START: Creating new WLS domain

Symptoms
The adcfgclone.pl script run on the application tier it is failing with the following error:
START: Creating new WLS domain.

Script Executed in 56030 milliseconds, returning status 255
ERROR: Script failed, exit code 255
Steps to reproduce the issue:
The error occurs when running the adcfgclone.pl script with dualfs. Workaround that has worked is to use a port pool value as high as 15, for example. But this number might be higher as well.
