My Oracle Support Banner Script Error: START: Creating new WLS domain (Doc ID 2190152.1)

The script run on the application tier it is failing with the following error:

START: Creating new WLS domain.

Running <DIRECTORY>../FMW_Home/oracle_common/bin/ -javaHome <DIRECTORY>/EBSapps/comn/util/jdk64 -al <DIRECTORY>/EBSapps/comn/clone/FMW/WLS/EBSdomain.jar -tdl <DIRECTORY>/FMW_Home/user_projects/domains/EBS_domain_<NODE> -tmw <DIRECTORY>/FMW_Home -mpl <DIRECTORY>/EBSapps/comn/clone/FMW/WLS/plan/moveplan.xml -ldl <DIRECTORY>/inst/apps/<CONTEXT>/admin/log/clone/patch/wlsT2PApply -silent true -debug true -domainAdminPassword <DIRECTORY>/EBSapps/comn/clone/FMW/tempinfo.txt
Script Executed in 56030 milliseconds, returning status 255
ERROR: Script failed, exit code 255

Steps to reproduce the issue:

The error occurs when running the script with dualfs. Workaround that has worked is to use a port pool value as high as 15, for example. But this number might be higher as well.
