ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After patch 24477157:R12.OIR.B, two more templates are still blank on export.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the following Custom Transaction Search templates to have data.
ARICTXHDR_en_US.rtf
ARICTXLI_en_US.rtf


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to export from Custom Transaction Header or Lines.
2. Output is blank.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot export using these templates.
