This note provides a brief overview of
Symptoms
Problem Statement:
Assignments are not processed in the Payroll Run in the following situations.
- Run "Payroll" without specifying the Payroll parameter.
- Assignments are not attached to the same payroll on the date paid and date earned.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Update Assignment Payroll For Example: On 8/20/2016 from A to B.
- Run Payroll Process.
Payroll Name: B
Date Earned: 18-AUG-2016
Date Paid: 25-AUG-2016
Assignment Set: null <=== - Assignment is not picked up by the process.
Changes
Apply HR_PF.B RUP9 that contains pydynsql.pkb is 120.30.12010000.22.
