Rate Record Cost Components Are Interchanged When a Rate Is Created Through 'Rate Maintenance' (Doc ID 2191923.1)

Symptoms

Cost Components' Description are interchanged when a rate is created/uploaded through 'Rate Maintenance' in Sourcing module

Example:

01. Navigate to Contract and Rate Management > Contract Management > Rate Offering > Create a Rate Offering Template: RO-TEMP (Template = Y)


02. Navigate to Contract and Rate Management > Contract Management > Rate Record > Create a Rate Record: RR-TEMP (Template = Y), with the following cost components:

Charge 100.0000 EUR PER Shipment

Charge 1000.0000 EUR PER Shipment
Min Cost=25.0000 EUR,

Uses Unit Breaks
Min Cost=150.0000 EUR,
Description: DELIVERY CHARGES

Uses Unit Breaks
Min Cost=200.0000 EUR,
Description: PICKUP CHARGES

Uses Unit Breaks
Min Cost=100.0000 EUR,
Description: ORIGIN CHARGES

Navigate to Sourcing > Rate Maintenance

03. Create a Rate Load Definition: RLD-TEMP

04. Download Rates

05. Upload an Updated Rates (update the Rate Unit Break' Minimum Charges for example)

06. Approve and Finalize the 'Rate Load Group' via the Approval Summary screen

07. Now check the New Rate Record

Charge 100.0000 EUR PER Shipment

Charge 1000.0000 EUR PER Shipment
Min Cost=25.0000 EUR,

Uses Unit Breaks
Min Cost=150.0000 EUR,
Description: PICKUP CHARGES
