12.2 After E-Business Suite Upgrade To 12.2.6 Users Are Unable To Login Via AppsLocalLogin.jsp Due To 'Error 404--Not Found' (Doc ID 2192160.1)

Symptoms

E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications Technology Stack, Login related issues

 

 

After a 12.2.6 upgrade, users are unable to login to E-Business Suite Applications via AppsLocalLogin.jsp page due to the following errors:

'Error 404--Not Found

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
1.2.3 404 Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent'


Appslocallogin.jsp is displayed, however as soon as a username and password is entered the above error is returned.

The following message may also appear:

'Requested resource or page is not allowed in this site'

Changes

 Upgraded from 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.6.
