Goal
When attempting to review Workflow notification, the following error occurs.

There are XX Each partially finished XXXXX assemblies ready to be shipped, but
there is no approved purchase order or blanket release. Either a requisition
has not been created and/or the following requisitions/purchase orders are
awaiting approval.
How can these notifications be disabled?
