Unable To Login To The Application (Doc ID 2193825.1)

Symptoms

There is a firewall between a separate Web and App servers(1 web and 1 app server).Once port 7001 and 7101 are opened, the login page is displayed. But after input of username/password and clicking of Login button, the session just hangs & users cannot login the system.However after they open all the ports (0-65535), login is successful

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Input user credentials and try to login to application
2. application hangs
