Goal

When Shipping computes the latest pickup and dropoff dates, the time is always defaulted to 23:59. When shipping to a later time zone (ex from Pacific time to Mountain Time), OTM will schedule the shipment in the next day.

How can we prevent the system from defaulting the time stamp on these dates to 23:59? We need this to default to a much earlier time in the day.
