Symptoms
The Posting program is taking long time to finish after database upgrade. The Log file show program is stuck on Glpubr module similar to as shown below.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From General Ledger responsibility > Run Posting (Journals > Find > Post or Journals > Post)
2. Review the Log file
