ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Performance issue on the Sales Order form after applying RPC 5 patch.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The performance should not have degraded after applying the RPC 5 patch.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Via the Order Management Responsibility.
2. Navigate: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Enter Order line

A. Set mandatory database initialization parameter optimizer_adaptive_features |
B. Run Advanced Pricing Concurrent Requests |
1. Run QP: Maintains the denormalized data in QP Qualifiers |
2. Run Build Attribute Mapping Rules |
3. Run Build Formula Package |
4. Next, if pattern search is enabled, run QP: Pattern Upgrade wide open. If not enabled, omit this step |
C. Create Index then run FND_STATS procedure to gather CBO stats |
D. Retest the issue. E. Migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments. |
