Symptoms

When trying to apply the patch:R12.HR_PF.C.delta.9(22559919), the following files failed.

- benzzcncprg00186_ldt

ORA-20001: LDR.up_vset_table()(LEAF, BEN_ACA_PRINT_YEAR) raised exception.
ORA-00001: unique constraint (APPLSYS.FND_FLEX_VALIDATION_TABLES_U1) violated

- benzzcncprg00188_ldt

ORA-20001: LDR.up_vset_table()(LEAF, BEN_ACA_PRINT_YEAR) raised exception.
ORA-00001: unique constraint (APPLSYS.FND_FLEX_VALIDATION_TABLES_U1) violated

- hxcmblroles_ldt

ORA-00001: unique constraint (APPLSYS.FND_LOOKUP_ASSIGNMENTS_U2) violated
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_LOOKUP_ASSIGNMENTS_PKG", line 25
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_LOOKUP_ASSIGNMENTS_PKG", line 241
ORA-01403: no data found

- PER_KR_ADDRESSES_X3.sql

ERROR:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Apply the patch:R12.HR_PF.C.delta.9(22559919)
