No Dependent Information at Withholding Report from Self Service HR (SSHR) (Doc ID 2198136.1)

Symptoms

When creating "Japan, Withholding Tax Report" from SSHR, there are no person in "koujyotaishoufuyousinzoku" and "koujyotaishouhaigousya"

Reproduce steps as below.
1. Run the concurrent program "Japan, Withholding Tax Report Generation"
2. Open the page in SSHR (Year 28 Tax Withholding Report)
3. Click the button "Preview (For Submission)"
4. There are no person in "koujyotaishoufuyousinzoku" and "koujyotaishouhaigousya"

Please note that "Dependent Reference Type" has not been set up.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  1. Run the concurrent program "Japan, Withholding Tax Report Generation"
  2. Open the page in SSHR (Year 28 Tax Withholding Report)
  3.  Click the button "Preview (For Submission)"
  4. There are no person in "koujyotaishoufuyousinzoku" and "koujyotaishouhaigousya"
